Trix Camp - Frequently Asked Questions
Children are grouped by age, with a maximum of 8 children per group. If there are multiple groups within the same age range, children may be further divided by skill level to help ensure they have an appropriate and enjoyable experience.
Regular camp drop-off is between 8:45 and 9:00 AM, and pick-up is between 3:45 and 4:00 PM. There is a 10-minute pick-up grace period until 4:10 PM. Pick-ups after 4:10 PM will incur a $15 extended care fee.
Extended care is available from 8:00–8:45 AM and 4:00–5:30 PM, but only for March Break and Summer Camps.
Please visit our Camp Page for extended care pricing. To inquire about or add extended care to your registration, please email our office, as it cannot be added online.
Please ensure your child brings the following items each day:
Comfortable clothing: Activewear suitable for gymnastics and other physical activities. Long hair should be tied back.
Lunch: A packed lunch for the day.
Snacks: At least two healthy snacks to keep your child energized.
Water bottle: A refillable water bottle that can be filled at our facility.
Important: Trix is a nut-aware facility. All food items, including lunch and snacks, must be nut-free to help protect children with allergies.
Books or small interactive games are welcome for downtime, but these are optional.
We recommend leaving valuables at home, including cell phones, money, jewelry, and other valuable items. Trix is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings.
If your child brings a cell phone, it must remain in their bag throughout the day. Phones used during camp will be held in the office until pick-up.
If your child needs to contact you during the day, our staff will be happy to help them make a call from the office.
