KinderBounce - Frequently Asked Questions
We do not offer trial classes. We find that one class is often not enough for a child to become comfortable with the coach, the environment, and the class routine, or for families to get a true sense of the program.
However, we do offer a flexible cancellation policy, so you don't have to commit to the entire session if the program isn't the right fit for your child. You can cancel your registration at any time, and we will prorate the fees based on your cancellation date.
If there is a remaining credit on your account, you may request a refund, subject to a $50 administrative fee.
We hope this gives families the flexibility to find the right fit while allowing children time to settle in and experience the program.

KinderBounce introduces young children to gymnastics through fun, age-appropriate activities that build coordination, balance, strength, flexibility, body awareness, and fundamental movement skills.
Children explore basic gymnastics movements, including rolls, cartwheel and handstand foundations, jumping and landing, and introductory bar activities such as hanging, swinging, and climbing.
Beyond physical skills, KinderBounce helps children develop the listening, patience, confidence, and independence needed to participate in a structured group class. They learn to follow instructions, take turns, follow safety rules, and cooperate with their coach and classmates.
Our goal is to build strong physical and social foundations while helping children develop confidence, independence, and a positive attitude toward learning and physical activity. Every child progresses at their own pace, with an emphasis on safe skill development and age-appropriate instruction.
We do not offer makeup classes or credits for missed classes. However, exceptions may be made for absences due to medical reasons. Official documentation from a medical professional is required in these cases.
