We offer three programs designed for different goals and experience levels. Here's a quick comparison to help you choose the right fit for your child.

Recreational Trix (Rec) is ideal for children who want to learn and develop their gymnastics skills in a recreational setting. It includes Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Trix levels.
Advanced Rec is for students looking for a more intensive recreational gymnastics experience. It requires a commitment to training twice a week throughout the year. Although it does not involve competitions, the program concludes with a special year-end showcase where parents, family, and friends are invited to celebrate the accomplishments of our athletes. Each student performs an individual solo routine, a trampoline routine, and a group performance.
Dance Trix focuses specifically on floor acrobatics and tumbling for competitive dancers and athletes. Classes are booked individually using class packages.
Advanced Trix is the highest level within our regular Recreational Trix program. Students attend one 1.5-hour class per week during the Fall or Winter/Spring session.
Advanced Rec is a separate, year-long program for students who want a more intensive training experience. It requires attendance twice a week for two hours per class, from September through June, for a total of 60 classes.
Advanced Rec also features a year-end showcase where each athlete performs an individual solo routine, a trampoline routine, and a group performance for their parents, family, and friends. Neither program involves competitions.
Please review the skills listed under each level on our website. These skills represent what students learn and work toward in each class.
If your child can already perform all the skills listed for a particular level, they may be ready for the next level. Please also check the age requirements for each class when choosing a suitable option.
Once you've selected the appropriate level, you can view the available class times and register online.
Assessments are not required for Recreational Trix classes, including Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Trix.
Assessments are required for Advanced Rec and Dance Trix to help us determine the appropriate placement for each student.
We conduct assessments through video submissions, making the process convenient and flexible for families. To get started, please complete our Assessment Form. Once submitted, you'll receive instructions and next steps for sending your video.
We keep our classes small to give students appropriate guidance and support.

2. Registration & Attendance
We do not offer trial classes, as one class is often not enough for a child to get comfortable with the coach, environment, and class routine.
However, we offer a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel your registration at any time, and we'll prorate the fees based on your cancellation date. Any remaining account credit can be refunded upon request, subject to a $50 administrative fee.
We do not offer makeup classes or credits for missed classes. However, exceptions may be made for absences due to medical reasons. In these cases, official documentation from a medical professional is required.
Please contact us to discuss your situation.
Yes! You can register for a class after the session has started, provided there is space available.
Fees are prorated based on the number of classes remaining in the session, so you only pay for the classes available from your start date onward.
Please register no earlier than seven days before your intended start date. Registering further in advance may cause our registration system to assign the wrong start date, as it defaults to the next occurrence of the selected weekday.
If a class is full, a Waitlist link will appear beside the class instead of the Register button.
Click the link and complete the registration form. You'll be asked to provide payment information, but you will not be charged just for joining the waitlist.
If a spot becomes available, we'll email you with an offer to join the class. You can then choose to accept or decline the offer. Payment will only be processed after you confirm that you'd like to take the spot.
There is no deadline to join the waitlist, and spots can become available even after a session has started.
3. Fees & Payments
All families must pay an annual $55 Gymnastics Ontario membership fee per child.
The membership covers your child from the date of payment through June 30. If your child continues attending classes after July 1, the membership must be renewed.
The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. All memberships include sport accident insurance coverage for your child.
For families booking drop-in classes or programs, the GO fee becomes payable upon the child's third class attendance.
Yes! When registering, you'll have the option to pay in full or choose monthly payments.
Monthly payments
A valid credit card is required.
Payments are divided into up to four monthly installments per session, depending on when you register and how many months remain in the session.
If you register before the session begins, a non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve your spot. The remaining balance will be charged in monthly installments once classes begin.
Monthly payments are processed automatically by our office using the credit card on file. Monthly payment plans are available by credit card only.
Full payment
Cash and e-transfers are accepted only when paying the full amount.
Credit card payments can also be made in full.
You may cancel your registration at any time. Fees will be prorated based on the cancellation date.
Account Credit: A prorated credit can be applied to your account with no administration fee. Credits expire two years from the date of issue and may be used toward other services offered by Trix Acro Gym.
Refund: If you prefer a refund, the remaining balance can be refunded upon request, subject to a $50 administrative fee.
To cancel your registration, please send us an email requesting cancellation and let us know whether you would prefer an account credit or a refund.
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, cash, and e-transfers.
We do not accept debit cards, Visa Debit, or American Express.
Please note that cash payments and e-transfers must cover the full amount owing.
