Through exposure to a variety of equipment toddlers and children ages 1.5 - 5 years old learn to run, jump, swing, roll and climb in our kinderbounce program. Throughout the young years their gross motor development (strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, power) is enhanced. Classes are taught in a structured yet fun format while enforcing the rules of the gym and class expectations.
Our program is broken down into 2 sections:
- Parent and tot: 1.5 - 3 years
- Kindergym: 3 - 5 years
