Advanced Rec Trix

The Advanced REC program is designed for those athletes motivated to expand their skills for the sheer love of acrobatics & gymnastics. Trix is all about achievement and enhancement of skills. We look for hard working, motivated athletes focused on skills without the pressure of any competitive outlet or specific timeline. In the Advanced REC program the athletes attend class 2x a week for 2 hours each class.

The main focus of the program is on their floor acrobatic and tumbling skills. The athletes also work on trampoline and bars.

What the program offers:

  • 2 hour intense training classes 2x/week (Total of 60 classes through the year)
  • Team oriented trainings
  • Small group sizes
  • Trix Leotard and scrunchie
  • Year-end showcase

This program culminates with a YEAR-END SHOWCASE for parents, family and friends to watch the accomplishments of their athlete. The children each perform a solo, trampoline routine and group performance.
